Developing the Mondillo brand in 2001, this small, handcrafted single estate vineyard is located 80 kms from Queenstown, at Bendigo.
Made with 100% pinot noir, the translucent cherry red hues lead to a very lifted, fragrant and ripe bouquet of wine.
Cherry, fresh raspberry and red melon aromas, red apple skin and roses. Flavours on the palate reflect the nose with apple skin and raspberry jelly flavours, strawberry and rose.
Tense and youthful too with vibrant acid line and palate crispness.
