A 1 litre bottle of Maker's Mark bourbon, complete with the distinctive red wax atop the bottle.
It is a small batch bourbon whiskey, aged in new oak barrels.
The mash bill is rather distinctive, featuring red winter wheat where you might expect rye to make an appearance, leading to a mellow, creamy mouth feel.
Rich and full with lovely notes of spiced honey and mixed peels. Also found is hazelnut and a touch of cut fruit with toasty oak to provide a backbone.
